Tom began singing in public when he was 9 years old, and has never stopped! Also a musician, in high school Tom played everything from violin to guitar to bass (string and electric), and when just 17 he was accepted into the San Francisco Opera Chorus as its youngest member ever. He had a professional band for 28 years in which he performed lead vocals and played bass. He still performs for weddings and private parties. Tom has also enjoyed leading and performing in church choirs and worship teams for many years. This is his first full musical theatre performance and he is very excited to be part of Seussical with his daughter (and vocal director), Angelique.
