Jon Leyden (Peter) is enrolled in the Clayton Valley Arts Academy, where he is a sophomore. He was bit by the acting bug in first grade. Most recently he played Fagin in CTA's Oliver. Other favorite roles include Anything Goes (Sailor) Center Stage, Bye Bye Birdie (the Mayor), Our Town (Joe Crowell Jr.), Cinderella (Ensemble), Hoedown with CTA, Much Ado About Nothing (Benedick) and South Pacific (Lt. Joseph Cable) with Foothill Middle School. In addition to acting, Jon has also sung in school and church choirs. He plays both stand up and electric bass and guitar. He recently had his first paying gigs playing in the orchestras for Carousel (Pleasanton Playhouse) and Pippin (Willows).
