John is a late-bloomer in theater, getting started with One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest in Antioch in his late twenties--but he's been enjoying various aspects of theater ever since. Joseph… is John's directorial debut with CCCT and he's very excited to be doing it, thankful for the opportunity, and humbled at the talent of the entire cast and staff. John enjoys acting and directing, but in particular enjoys sketch comedy. He has formed two small sketch comedy troupes where he wrote, directed and acted in the material and performed at various church venues. Other favorite directing gigs have been directing (and writing) three Christmas plays performed at five different church locations. John also arranged, performed, and directed vignettes regularly at Grace Christian Fellowship. These included the Job story, Christ's miracles and ministry, and the book of Ruth. Acting gigs with CCCT have included Sidney Lipton in Gods Favorite and Nick in It's a Wonderful Life.
