While playing trombone in high school band many years, Doug dreamed of singing and acting on stage. Many years later he found the courage to audition and was cast in a small role in CCMT's Fiddler on the Roof. Since then Doug has been singing, acting and dancing continuously. Favorite roles include DLOC's The Scarlet Pimpernel (Elton), Pleasanton Playhouse's My Fair Lady (Freddie) and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat (Jacob), CCMT's Annie (Bert Healy) and CCCT's The Beams are Creaking (Hans). Doug is excited to be working in this show with new wife Glenda. And Doug still plays trombone on Sundays at church. Phil 4:6-7
